Jack Mentag
Lead Superintendent/Project Manager
Jack brings more than 15 years of hands-on construction and project management experience to Mentag Building. His background in skilled craftsmanship and field leadership allows him to oversee projects with a strong focus on efficiency, precision, and attention to detail. Jack manages day-to-day operations including project coordination, site supervision, pricing, scheduling, and quality control to ensure each project is executed to the highest standards.
With a deep understanding of both construction management and the building trades, Jack helps guide projects from concept to completion while maintaining clear communication between clients, architects, and subcontractors.

John Mentag
John brings more than 40 years of experience in real estate, development, and residential construction. His extensive industry knowledge plays an important role in supporting project coordination, permitting, scheduling, and overall site operations.
Throughout his career, John has developed a deep understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of home building. His experience helps ensure projects run smoothly while maintaining the craftsmanship and quality standards that Mentag Building is known for.

Robin Ballew
Architectural Design Partner
Robin collaborates with Mentag Building and clients during the design phase to help translate ideas into thoughtful, buildable plans. He develops detailed construction drawings and produces high-end interior and exterior renderings that allow clients to clearly visualize their future home before construction begins.
